OK, I'm in.

I'm from Wisconsin and being held against my will in Southeast Georgia.
I am retired from the military and have been enjoying retirement for a year while I figure out what i want to be when I grow up. I have recently decided on a degree in computer engineering. I go back to school for the first time since the 80's on June 1st at UW-Milwaukee. Go Panthers!
I am moving back to Wisconsin on May 19th.
I have a wonderful wife and our anniversary is next Friday (our 14th). My wife is a nurse.

I joined this forum because I sent my first text message ever within the last year and suddenly owned an android. My last phone was a samsung Rant. It is the most miserable pos ever made. I was in over my head and didn't know what capabilities this phone had. Now I'm rooted and change ROMs almost every day. Thanks guys!!!

Tell us something personal about you. I lost a full scholarship to Boston college for athletics my senior year of high school after I had already graduated. I had left a State track meet to go to prom and got kicked off the team

I just look a lot older than I actually am and I love it. I'm the only person I know to never have been ID'd at a bar/club/purchasing alc beverages.

Short tid bit: I got really pissed off on my 21st bday when I went to buy liquor from the liquor store and the guy didn't ask for my ID. I actually asked him "aren't you gonna ask for my ID?" Lmfao.

If it's any consolation, I'll be 24 on July 24th (lol).

I guess that's good for when you're younger...and the legal drinking age is 21 XD

That reminds me of the last time I went to the liquor store. The drinking age here is 19 but I guess it's harder to judge when someone is 19 or not so if you look under 25 (easier for them to guess), you get carded. So I asked the clerk why are you carding people up to 25 and he gave me the (above) explanation. Then I battered my eye lashes, smile sweetly and I asked, 'are you going to ask for my ID'. His response, 'no, you're good' -_-;;;. Threw a bunch of death glares at him :/ Turn to my friend and said, 'he's definitely not good with women' :mad:

Hahahaha! That's epic. The clerk was definitely not thinking straight. I've always been curious why women are so sensitive about their age. It'll probably be another thing I never find out about the mystique that is females.
