Help Picture messages not sending

Just realized that my pictures messages are not going out. It stays on sending. Although I've send other text messages after that went through. I'm on the last Noob from, I think VII.

Mms had been on the Fritz on and off for a while on boost mobile.... updating of the towers of I'm not mistaken... try in another area...

I did and try the method mentioned without any luck. I'm still not able to send pics or download the ones send to me.
