Links worked for me as well hmmm however i'm sure we can get you what ever files you need. I saw that Rxpert is uploading to media file so you should be able to click the link he gives you and get a good copy of the files.

BTW Some of the stuff I know about computers and technology in general came from Females so I don't believe that all of ya'll are techno dumb :D
 
thanx rexpert for doing that. much appreciated. yeah the driver links worked for me. not sure what is going on but maybe your firewall or popup settings needs to be adjusted to allow it.

WOW! That was a BIG FAT FAIL! Tried to do the above and when I double-clicked on the revolutionary icon on desktop 100+ internet windows tried to open and I had to restart me computer. Is this not supposed to happen for me? AHHHH!!!!
 
Ok downloaded the file from mediafire and saved it to my desktop. should i be turning off virus protection, etc. If so, how do I even do that? Lord, this is complicated and I'm feeling it shouldn't be! LOL!

Do you have a virus scanner on your comp? you may also want to check for malware.

Anyway I'll leave you in the very capable hands of these guys. Breeze, xpert, and park can help you get to where you need to be. I will go see if I can help others and I have a post to make myself. :cool:

do you know what anti virus protection you have on your computer? just turn off all of the settings while you use revolutionary. after the rooting process is done then you can turn it back on.
 
Writing this from my phone since I had to request computer again after trying to double click or open revolutionary file. Computer went crazy with tons of internet windows trying to open again. Should I just throw in the towel?
 
Try to disable the security. If u have avg it should be easy to. If u have macafee or others go into the control panel and find a option to disabled it
 
Seriously! Made the mistake of restoring last internet session and had to shut computer off AGAIN because tons of windows started popping up. How do I turn off virus protection? No idea what I have... Avg maybe
 
This is so frustrating. I've been trying to work on this now for well over 1.5 hrs. I feel like throwing my computer and phone and anything else I can get my hands on.
Ok- disabled ad aware but have no idea how to disable any virus protection i have on here because there are no icons for them open.

For Windows 7:
Open control panel
System & Security
Action Center
Security

It will list your antivirus

XP & vista will be similar just a matter of finding the right place
 
the only thing showing in task bar is ad aware which i disabled.
what should i do now? i'm worried about the 100+ internet windows popping up at me again!
 
went to control panel then security then security center and turned off firewall, automatic updating, and malware protection. the only thing left on is other security settings which lists internet security settings and user account controls. is that it?
 
I'm done. Even after all that the 100 plus windows came up. I'll just find someone to pay to do it for me. I'm beyond frustrated and just spent 2+ hours on here with nothing to show for it. I feel like I could cry or scream or both!
