Yea, I tried this morning and they said everything appears to be fine. Did you specifically ask for a tracking number when you called? This morning, the CSR I spoke with was not very happy to take another call about the incredible.

Since I knew my order was processed, I called back and asked were there tracking information. I called until I got the answers I wanted. My order has shipped and I still haven't received an email.
 
I'm thinking of canceling my order and picking it up at the Verizon store on Thursday morning. Will they be selling them on Thursday at the stores?

I hope they let you. I tried to cancel an order one time and they couldn't do it. I had to wait for it to be delivered Nd then return it. Kinda dumb for them to waste shipping both ways if you ask me.
 
Thank you god!!!! I just got a call from sandy with internet sales and my order has finally been processed she said my order will ship out today or tomorrow
 
christ people, relax! you are going to get your phone on or before launch day.

if you guys ordered later last week then it only makes sense that everyone else is getting their orders processed first.

you guys should have ordered the first day but it doesn't matter considering you will get them by the 29th as promised. hang in there

I got the standard answer as well; that no one else has received their phone in the entire US, no one has it even shipped and it won't be done till 28th. Serenity Now. Almost felt like telling her that every time they will use this standard line from now on, a cat will die somewhere. If not for the proximity of the boss' cube, I would have definitely told her that.
 
Anyone with the "Your order is currently in queue to be processed" e-mail message and the "We have received your order. Please check back tomorrow." should call their cc company I just did on a hunch and sure enough AMEX flagged the payment yesterday thinking it was fraud, and no one from AMEX or VZW contacted me. I just called VZW and told them and now it should move quickly .CRS told me tonight or tomorrow morning i should get a detailed e-mail....

yup same thing happened to me. I got it because the bank thought it was fraud and denied the order. Called VZW customer service, explained situation, gave them a new CC, processed/charged and shipped out same day,

Just received shipping email with delivery date of 4/28.

Never had to call back and check up on order.

Also, called and asked about 2GB SD card and they said I will not be getting one in package so they ordered me a free one with 2day FedEx as well so I should get both on the 28th!

Was yours stuck in the "We have received your order. Check back tomorrow." status? Did you receive your shipping email from that?
 
Just talked to a processing supervisor who read all the notes attached to my order and my account. After reading all that I've been through, he said that he would get the order processed and shipped no later than tomorrow. Five minutes later got this email. This is the first paragraph:

business days and this email will assist you in activating it.</i>

Guess I'm good to go now. Good luck to all of you.

Called them and they were like "oh ya, the phones not out yet!" and I told them other people had different notices and they told me "oh ya, the phones not out yet!" so I asked when I can expect it to change, or something to happen and they said "oh ya, the phones not out yet!" so I hung up on them. I hated Verizon before. Then I liked this phone. And now I'm back to hating Verizon. I cannot wait for this 2 year contract to end, and I don't even have the phone yet! (because it's not out yet!)

no i called 3 times and emailed once. i got one lady to take my phone number down and she called me when it processed. however my status has not changed from check back tomorrow but it did go ahead and charge my bank account. i'm pretty sure i'm on the road to fed-exville
 
I ordered on the 20th around 9pm. I talked to a CSR who told my they tried to process my order but it didn't work because they don't have any more phones. I was told to call back tomorrow morning. She said they will get another shipment tomorrow.

I ordered at 7am on the 19th. I was told that the incredible is on back order and that the phone would ship whenever they get their next order in. :mad:

I said "even though I ordered on the 19th I now am on back order, can you guarantee delivery by Thursday?" and was told that it "should" be to me Thursday or Friday.... That is not what I was looking forward to hearing.

Verizon is disappointing me. This seems like a huge mess, and no one can get a concrete answer.
 
After hearing about some people having bank troubles, I decided to give Wells Fargo a call. The guy confirmed that there are no red flags on my account, no declined requests and he had no record of Verizon trying to process any payment. So it sounds like Verizon hasn't even contacted Wells Fargo yet.

Which is actually good news I guess. It shows that Wells Fargo hasn't denied anything and Verizon is still "working" on my order, hopefully! Do you guys think I'm in good shape?

I ordered my phone about 5:30 p.m. pacific time on 4/20, so I can't imagine I didn't get my order in early enough for it to be out of stock. I will keep praying!!!
 
Before anyone goes too crazy here, let's think about this. It's true that maybe it is backordered as of this minute. But it's also quite possible that they are getting another shipment of phones tomorrow. I've heard from multiple people on this thread that they were told more phones were coming tomorrow.

If that's the case, then we should still have our phones by 4/29. God, I can only hope.
