I'm now concerned I won't be getting mine on 4/29. For two days my status has been stuck on "Order is being processed. Check again tomorrow."

I ordered on 4/21 with delivery to Nashville. Billed to my account which is paid up.

I'll be calling Verizon shortly.
 
Great news! What time is it in GA right now?

I'm sure they will overnight your phone so you have it tomorrow. That's probably just a generic message that gets generated by Verizon.

I spoke to an internet sales supervisor yesterday and she said that all orders which process and ship today will ship via overnight to make their 4/29 promise. Just keep an eye on your tracking info and see what it says.

It's almost 9am now. Right now I don't have a tracking number, but getting it tomorrow is probably for the best. I have 2 finals that I are online, and I should probably take them before my phone gets here! Have you had any luck with your order?

don't feel bad mine told me to check back tomorrow for 4 days. now it is an hour away from my house. i have a feeling everybody will be getting their phones by tomorrow and we were all freaking out for no reason. even though i don't understand the order in which verizon processed orders. i guess they didn't expect hundreds of us to get together and compare notes.

btw: i'm also close to nashville.
 
I just want to mention some of Verizon's warehouses are out of stock of this phone. I was told this by the internet sales department. The lady also did say that the East Coast Warehouse which I think is in PA got a shipment yesterday.
 
Mine shipped out yesterday afternoon via 2 day service and it's on the truck right now for delievery. I really believe everyone will have their phones by tomorrow.

I have had no luck with my order yet. It is still stuck in the "order is processing" stage. But it's only 6:10 a.m. over here on the west coast, so they probably aren't even working yet. I was told mine is coming out of the west center so that's probably the reason.

I'm hoping by 9 or 10 a.m. local time I will have some action. If not I will make a call.

I'm still waiting for the shipping confirmation email. My status is still "Your order has been processed. Please check back tomorrow." It's been like that since Sunday.
 
WOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Just spoke with Customer Service in Atlanta and the lady told me that everyone will get their phone, and that my phone has been processed, but the fedex tracking number hasn't been released yet, but will be later. She informed me to call back after 1pm to get my number.

Now I can relax.

Thanks for the news! I'll still be a little wound up until I get my tracking number though! I can't wait until someone from shipping walks in my office with a FedEx package for me! :D
 
I'm a little concerned.... I've been "In Process" "check back tomorrow"for 3 days now and we're OUT OF TOMORROWS!

Still hopeful... but beginning to have my doubts... overnight shipping will be a must now. :(

Don't let me down Verizon! :rolleyes:
 
Ok guys, I got an update! Being the antsy person that I am right now, I just called the internet sales team.

She looked at my order and said early yesterday my item was out of stock. She said as of late yesterday the item is back in stock and they will be processing orders today and I will get my phone tomorrow! I hope it's true!!!

I wonder if there is any method to this madness. I placed my order yesterday and contacted verizon last night because i grew concerned after reading everyones posts. They assured me i would get my phone on time and 5 minutes later my status changed to order processed. This morning i received my shipment notification and tracking number. I hope everyone is as lucky as me and gets their shipment notification today!

Your order has been received and approved. The total charge is $ ($108.24) . You will receive your new equipment within the next two to five business days.





Now I sure hope they don't really mean 2-5 days...
 
I'm in Texas and originally ordered on the 19th, but they canceled that order Monday due to some problem, so I had to reorder Monday.

Just got off the phone with Atlanta as well. Have NO CLUE why my order is being processed there, and it was the first time any CSR told me this and transferred me over, but I regress... I was told the same thing, they were on back order, it's being processed and shipped out tonight and will be on my door step tomorrow.

I told the CSR, I'm sorry to be so skeptical but I've been told this same thing for the past four days, and for the past four days nothing has changed. He told me today was the day. /sigh So I nicely thanked him and hung up.

We'll see what happened.

Edit: Just checked my order status as I hung up the phone. It went BACK to an older message I had 4 days ago, "We have received your order. Please check back tomorrow." :confused::confused::mad::confused::confused: Now it's going backwards. Oh sigh sigh sigh.

I guarantee your bank/credit card gets charged within the next 5 minutes. People have been going backwards like that only to have their order processed right after that! Check your stuff out!
