"Please check back tomorrow"

On the status page I am still getting "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow.". So what is the next step? I was just charged the full amount but I haven't received an email or anything yet. Do I get an email next or what's the deal? Thanks!!
 
Nope, not yet. :( I meant that the same thing happened with me with the order statuses going backwards, and I hope I get charged soon.

Everyone that I have seen on this thread where their status went backwards like that, they were charged shortly after and had their orders processed. Good luck!!

Same boat -- in Indiana. No charge on account. Assured on the phone yesterday that I would indeed have the phone tomorrow. Skeptical.

Ordered 2 phones yesterday and just recieved confirmation emails that they are shipping today (actually already picked up in Mephis) and are being sent standard overnight. Hope they are dropped off in the morning as the Fed-ex guy heads out rather than on his way back into the facility. Live only minutes away from the Fed-Ex office.
 
Unfortunately it seems like many of us who ordered last week are getting shoved behind people that have ordered recently. This whole process has got to be the most mind-boggling, random thing I've seen in a while.
 
AH HA!!! FINALLY got charged to my account!! I wonder if I had known to call the Atlanta Processing number the FIRST time, if this would have all been settled a while ago! /lol Let's hope to get a tracking number soon!
 
I just went from "Please check back tomorrow" to having my item shipped! Received my FedEx tracking number and everything!

No worries people, it'll be alright!

Wow, congrats...that is amazing but makes absolutely no sense for those waiting
 
I requested to have my phone charged to my Verizon account. Is there any way to see if that charge has been applied online? I can see last month's bill, but don't find a "recent charges" area?

ah, I've been searching various places re the dreaded "...check back tomorrow" reply. Which is the most updated online message/info for my phone.
Ordered on the 22nd, no emails of any kind from vzw.
Took me 4 reps and an hr+ on phone to verify it is shipping today.

Though on a good note got heads up from glydeguy of HF
promo code "SMART30" , i called internet sales at vzw inquired about it, received $30 credit on account.

What was the next thing that happened for you once your bank/credit card was charged? My status screen still says "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow."

Did you get an email or what exactly happened? Thanks!

Status hasn't changed since I've ordered. My bank account did finally get charged on the 27th. I've talked to 2 reps now... I don't think they know anything. First one said everything looks good and that the order is processing... she couldn't provide anymore info. The second one said that it's been processed, that I should receive a shipping confirmation after 3pm today. However, the site still shows as "processing".

I get a feeling I won't receive my phone tomorrow as promised. This sucks because people who ordered AFTER me already received their phone or have shipping numbers already.:mad: It looks like people who placed the order on the week of the 19th got screwed for some reason?

Oh that's not good news. :o

My bank account got charged this morning and I thought that automatically means that they processed the order and a shipping email should come soon. Sigh....

Did you received any email at all, even one with an ACE Number? That's all that I have so far. Like MooN said, it's crazy that people who ordered after us have gotten phones already or have at least gotten tracking numbers. I would love to know the answer for that, but it'll probably be one of those things that are never really answered.

OK this is different, finally received a email from vzw

At least it is conformation , but I have never received shipping info like this on any other orders.
 
I have no idea. It was in the email I got though, but no tracking number. This is what I have so far.

Your order has been received and approved. You will receive your new equipment within the next two to five business days.

So I just called the internet sales team again. She confirmed that my order has been COMPLETED and they are just waiting on FedEx to send tracking numbers. She said my order was completed at around 10 a.m. eastern, which totally makes sense since my charge hit my bank account around 7 a.m. pacific here on the west coast.

So things seem to be adding up and she said to expect my phone tomorrow. We will see!
