Root Please help, SD issues

I posted this in my other thread, but here's a thread just for it.

I tried formatting my SD card using Easeus Partition Manager, for a 6gb FAT32, and a 2GB EXT3. Everything went fine, CM7 recognized the new partition size, etc. I then flashed darktremors, and got a bootloop. (I didn't nandroid since this was a fresh cm7 install anyways) I wiped, and reinstalled CM7, still wouldn't read the card. So I said screw it and restored my nandroid for Mik2.5 (Oh yeah, I can see the SD fine in CWM). Mik wont see it either... What did I do? How do I fix it? Help please!!

I've tried mounting via CWM and reformatting in windows, said it went fine, but still no show in android.

Also, now Easus sees the SD card as a 'Super Floppy' when mounted via cwm, and does not show the ext partition I made

Tried formatting in windows command prompt via 'format F:' using a card reader

no luck

Easeus is no longer even seeing the sd card at all. Only thing that sees it is clockworkmod.

Ah, (sigh of relief)

Using the 'Partition SD Card' option in CWM fixed everything. Thank the lord.

lol glad you got it worked out by yourself. yeah i would really use recovery for something like that.

its always best to do formatting and Partition wiping of the SD Card through the phone itself in recovery mode or even in the ROM. (Windows and Linux format in very separate ways) Always try to do these type task with the phone.
