Running Cyanogen Mod 5.0.7.1 w/ Launcher Pro

Showing off Launcher Pro .6 Beta with the new sliding dock, 15 spots for different apps! I use an app drawer in each group so that I always have an app drawer rather than having to go back to the first group.

Love that Launcher Pro!

To the above poster, how do you get the grey line at the bottom with phone, messages, internet,
and contacts? Can it be done on an unrooted Motorola Droid?

Its a home replacement called Launcher Pro. You can download it from the market. Its light years better than the stock home.
After you download it, remove all widgets from the stock home. You can also download an app called Home Switcher which
switches between your homes easily.

No need to be rooted.

I did some research and I cant decide between Home++ or Launcher Pro. Do you know the pro's and cons of each

I used Home++ for about 6 weeks and liked it a lot. But it has performance issues, it will slow your phone down. Or at the least you can use a Home Replacement that does everything Home++ does and has excellent performance. That would be Launcher Pro. Its second to none. The only other home replacement that compares, IMO, is ADW.Launcher.

I think Launcher Pro is the best home replacement available for the Droid. Second is ADW.Launcher. Both are in the market.

Running a naked Froyo rom w/ADW.launcher.

if you want a free version of that clock and weather widget, check out the fancy widget in the android market. it works ok. sometimes the clock time is a little off, but after a while it corrects itself.

Post up your screen shots along with what ever you are running so it makes it easier for people to "tab" through what they NEED to get their Droid lookin like yours! :)

Also, if you want you can add your Benchmark SS if you would like also, Quadrant is the App you will want for the Benching.

I will start:

Jrummys Froyo v1.1 (Theme Froyo)
Chevyno1 LV 1.2ghz
FolderOrganizer *Donated*
Beautiful Widgets *Donated*
LauncherPRO
And a few others I am forgetting I think

i may be overlooking something easy here, but how do you put a picture on your desktop? not a wallpaper, but it looks like some of you have a picture "widget" almost.

I've done a major overhaul of my phone. I'm now running Pete's BB V0.3 with Federico's LP (Fab's xTheme over the top). It's a sweet mix of all the things I like from Froyo, Sense, and Droid X. Big thanks to those three devs.
