My girly Droid...JRummy's Froyo Kangerade V5.0.9 paired with the Tenuis Icon Pack, some other random icons, Launcher Pro, BetterCut, and Beautiful Widgets. From left to right, keepin it simple with 3 home screens. I used to run 5 and found out it was just too cluttered, so I've been trying to cut back. =)

Can you post that dock? or a link to it?
It's just ADW launcher with the AltDark Free theme, available in the market.
I stumbled across it one night by chance, and it's stayed ever since.

I think I got her where I like it. Going with Liquid's Black & Bold theme I changed all my screen icons to match. Using Zeam Launcher(5screens), Apps Organizer (for folders), Tasker (to change/make icons via widget),blacklight icons, and WallpaperChange (changing BG every 4hrs)
EDIT:
was using WallpaperChange starting to learn Tasker more and more and was able to uninstall WallpaperChange. I recommend Tasker to anyone willing to take the time and learn. Was able to change the Battery Widget but it needs more work..
audiomanager and battery widget are the only things with color that I cannot get to change. Took me awhile browsing the market for the battery widget that came close. If anyone knows a battery widget that has gray instead of color please help me, or if you know how I can change it and keep it functional.

resizing screwed the deepness... The Blacks just aren't as bold on this pc monitor as they are on my DROID..

They're custom icons I made. Although I have a new theme on my phone and I'm in the process of turning them green... I suppose I can see what I can do about putting a pack together.
And that agenda widget is LauncherPro Plus' Calendar app. If you hit the little icon in the upper right it will switch to a agenda view.

Yeah, JTForPink answered my question. The agenda app is the Calendar widget from LauncherPro Plus (paid version of LauncherPro). He adds a widget or two every few weeks.

I packed up the few that I have made and put them on mediafire. These were specifically made for me so if you think you want more icons, let me know and I'll see if I can squeeze some extra time to bust em out.
