i took a complete upgrade in the cyanogemod themes.

  just make sure you follow the instructions. simple step process. took me 5 minutes.

go here to ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting. make a free account. upload your picture, should take a second. once uploaded, look for where it says direct link: then has a link for example: http://example.png. copy the link. when posting a reply, click on the picture icon that looks like a mountain, it should then ask for the url. paste it in there. and you should be good to go.

Sadielynn, as everyone else has said, yours is truly excellent, and you insipired me to try folder organizer again. Now I have everything except for the stray widget here and there on 3 docks and in 2 folders. Won't post it tho, because I haven't changed anything else (yet) since my last shot.

@unknownsoldi I've used so many that I don't quite recall but It's either Switchwidget Pro, Power Settings or Extended Controls.

Something like that.

Thanks. I grabbed SwitchPro. It looks the same as the standard power control, but you can change the colors.

Rawr....Folder Organizer has incurred my wrath for the moment. Switched to Simi Folder-liking it much better!

the exact widget for the would be power control. it comes as a default widget with the phone. but you cant change the colors.

I'm pretty sure you have to have a custom rom to change the notification bar.
Widgetlocker let's you customize your lockscreen (paid app, but worth it.)

if you want to change the lockscreen, id recommend. https://market.android.com/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.widgetlocker&hl=en
if you are trying to change the status bar to black, aospcwmod will do the job. or cyangenmod 7 for the optimus v. they have various themes you can download that will change the whole setup. and with the cyanogenmod, you can change the lockscreen itself from the system setting menu.

Great Job! I was just thinking about how I would re-organize my screen and here you come with practically exactly what I wanted but couldn't think of how to put together.

I love how you Used Folder Organizer to give you the minimalist look yet still be highly functional. (I was using droid icons for my FO and was never really happy with them)

Plus using Minimalist Text to highlight the organization of each page is probably something I'll be using to satisfy my slight OCD urges.

Once again, great job.

This may be as minimal as I can get Trying to get most of my vacation pics.

Min text. Icons are hodgepodge from metrodroid and the nounproject. SMS unreadcount. Music mod froyo and missed it, right.

Pure calendar agenda left and lockscreen, right. Widgetlocker with simple iphone slider theme and missed it.
Shoot me has started putting dark band across tops of all screen caps - at least it's not so visible on my phone. Anyone else have that prob?
