Post your home screens

With launcherpro, you can pretty well use any .png (or .jpg/.gif too, I reckon) as an icon. Just have to get it on your phone.

DeviantArt might have icons that'll suite your desires. They have an entire group on there devoted to Android - check it out!

Not fully happy with the icon set for the dock. Does anyone know what is the recommended png dock icon / home icon resolution for Galaxy S 800x480 screen size. Also are you meant to have any transparent padding around the icon.

Also I wasn't able to pick a nice pink colour using the colour picker in the switchpro widget. Also really annowying that you have to add new widget everytime you want to change the colour.

Also if anyone has a link to the png's used for minimun icon set, then that would be great, because then i can mod the set and make pink versions.

Already on to something new. We'll see if this'll hold my ADD attention span long enough to stay for awhile...

Not sure why you weren't able to pick a "nice pink color" ... I just tried on mine and was able to do so with no issues.

Add widget -> switchpro widget (I chose size 4 typically) -> scroll down to widget color and clicked.

Just tapped in the pink range of the color wheel, and then used the slide bar beneath the wheel to adjust the intesity. When I was satisfied, I clicked ok.

Voila...pink switchpro widget.

...which I promptly deleted.

Hell will freeze over before my phone is pink!

My homescreen, pretty basic, Running LauncherPro Plus, changed the dock BG into HTC Launcher BG.

Can anyone tell me how you all get the black Status Bar?

Thanks, and I figured it that I posted my homescreen in the wrong device section but thanks anyway.

Sorry, I am a noob here. :(

Can you tell me how to get the black bar on a QVGA Resolution device, I cannot find my own device's section.

Here are some of my screen shots. I have a total of 5 home screens so far, but still working on the others.

The only text based icons I've seen that are BIG are the "TallMin icons" (google that, you should find them no problem). They're based on another set of icons from XDA (and there's a link to those in the TallMin thread) ... and the set on XDA has a .psd file. I used that to make my own variation of TallMin. You could do the same with Photoshop or any other program that can read .psds.

i'm curious if u guys with all the widgets experience bad battery life? i have a completely black background and no widgets on my screens. those things along with a few other tips i've picked up along the way have helped me get more battery life, and i'm constantly playing w my phone.

Yes it's Calwidget (free). The other good calender widgets are smooth calender (free) & pure calender ($1-2)

I could work the color picker on switchpro, but couldn't get it exact enough for my liking, i wish it let you just use rgb codes.

@inuk & spe - i like ur screens
