Hi Emerald. What is that icon next to your temp in the notification area? Looks like a lil green llama.

It's a program called Llama. Location based profiles similar to Locale and Tasker. Free to install, pretty simple to setup and uses radio towers so I've not noticed any significant battery drain.

Here's my home screen and my lock screen.

ridiculous question but my gmail doesn't display the number of emails i have. I know i have emails by the notification bar, but there's no # overlay on the actual icon. How do i get that?

i usually just open it and find i have 2 or 3.

Didn't have time to really do this right until this afternoon. And thanks for those that reminded me that the Motion can be enabled to use the hand gesture for screenshots (saved me some time and uninstalled the Screen Grabber app that I used to use on the Photon). Nontheless, to do this properly, I'm going to continue editing so that I can also add the apps that produce the widgets I'm using.

To start, I'm using LINK: GOOGLE PLAY STORE - NOVA LAUNCHER (well, really it's LINK: GOOGLE PLAY STORE - NOVA LAUNCHER PRIME
I have 9 homescreens enabled w/ 5 scrolling dock pages (and 6 apps storable on each dock page).

Lockscreen
Screenshot_2012-11-29-10-58-01.png

- LINK: GOOGLE PLAY STORE - Widgetlocker (For those wondering why I use widgetlocker, instead of the OEM lockscreen, there are multiple reasons: 1) Made by same developer as NOVA launcher, 2) Allows clickable widgets and access to notifications in notification bar without needing to unlock phone, 3) Customizability and appearance, 4) It bi-passes the phone locking immediately...Samsung setting... (which, I have to have a passcode set for security reasons with work emails), and allows the max of locking after 30 minutes without activity).
- LINK: GOOGLE PLAY STORE - BEAUTIFUL WIDGETS (This was used for the Tron Clock, as well as the weather widget, which can both be set up to be clickable. I can check my calendar, weather, and other functions without ever having to actually unlock the phone, due to Widgetlocker's settings)
- Circle Battery (listed earlier)
- Brilliant Quotes (listed earlier)

-EDIT 11/29 10:53am- Updated with links to the apps I'm using. I'd take screen shots of the scrolling docks as well, but that'd take too much time.

For those that are wondering why I don't just put a single app on the homescreen vs. using a customized widget (using widgetsoid)...The reason I do that is so that I can expand the area that opens up the app without needing to click directly on the app...makes for quicker access (with this big screen, clicking an area of that app based on how I set it up in widgetsoid vs. the actual icon really helps). This increases the area that I can click on my frequently used apps without any issue.

Here's mine, the background is the live digital Hive wallpaper you've probably seen.

Only had my phone since last week so haven't done too much with it yet.

btw Does anyone know how to change the lockscreen picture? I'm sure I saw an option for it before but now can't find it anywhere!

Edit - Never mind I found it! (if anyone's wondering, it's one of the options when you select 'set as' when looking at an image in your gallery)
