Yes, in that the owner Rob lives in Baltimore if i'm not mistaken. Android is global though and while english is the language spoken on the forums there are literally thousands of users from all over the world. It's part of the reason AF is such a good site. ALL are welcome here.

okay, either comcast sucks, u guys are using photoshop to change some numbers, the world is coming to an end, or your guys' connections are AWESOME!
Don't worry Comcast Sucks!!!! I don't even run speedtest.net on my Comcast connection because I know it is going to give me false info. Comcast has what they call Speed Boost. It gives a huge boost of speed for 10-15 seconds/per connection. This is great for loading simple web pages, but doesn't really help much when streaming music or videos, downloading, or uploading.
I always show 20-25Mbs down and 5-10Mbs up when running speedtest.net, but in reality, I actually average only about 5-10Mbs down and 1-3Mbs up.
