well just bought the Necxus 6p :)

I know, I know.

But I totally fell for this watch and it was cheap. I do like the 24-hour movement...but it takes getting used to, that is for sure. ;)

I have a 24 hour clock hanging above my desk. Been there many years. If given the chance I always use the 24 hour format. I've never seen noon at the top of the dial or 00 hour denoted as 24. That's an odd dial to me. Looks good though.

I need to break out my Trek Mountain Bike, i stare at it all the in my garage while watching TV...... i mainly been using it for Beer runs :)

OT: I lost a lot of weight but I still fear pedals will break on any bike I purchase. Broke two different expensive ones before I just gave bikes up. My last purchase will not be a Bicycle.

I can't talk ... but I will. :p ;)

I watched this YouTube video that asked the question "Is it possible to make a decent watch from (new) parts purchased on Ebay?" Given my nature to accept such challenges I did a little shopping, found a case, dial, movement, hands and a strap and came up with this frankenwatch.

I bought a pair of New Balance shoes. I ended up paying $52.00 for them. I had been wearing my work boots for several days and needed a change. I was with the family passed some outlet mall and stopped in to get a pair of shoes.
Later that day I stopped at Walmart and saw the exact same shoe only difference was the Walmart shoe didn't have the N on the side

Purchased a Dell 5585 laptop, awaiting delivery, as a Father's Day/early birthday present for myself.
Upgrading memory on it from 8 to 16gb with Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz 2 x 8gb kit.
Adding an XPG 512gb ssd as secondary drive.

Couldn't customize it on their site, but it is more cost-effective to do it myself anyway.

A Logitech Spotlight presentation remote: because no more dongles (Bluetooth) and because the pointer is part of the presentation rather than a light shining on the screen it is visible on all screens at once, including those watching on video rather than in the room.

It's a little different in use from a laser, so some adjustment needed to use it well, but I reckon it has potential.
