Post Your Last Purchase

Had a molar that was beyond filling so i had to get a crown. I'm sporting a nice temporary now and will get the permanent crown in a couple of weeks.

I could use a cold one or two right now. Just got in from cutting the grass, which, given all the rain and heat and humidity, must be something like clearing a few acres in the Amazon.
 
Okay so this is my daughter's new case for her Moto E5 plus. Her old one came apart. Had a bit of interesting experience in locating a replacement for it. So we are in Utah in some one horse town and stopped by some super market. I am glancing around and noticed this electronic accessory rack. I see the Apple and Android logos , I also see the logos for Motorola, LG and Samsung so I am and I see plenty of cases :D
So I go over first case I check is an iPhone 4.
2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th all iPhone 4 cases:thinking:
I spin the rack and come across several LG cases the most current one was an LG G3:rolleyes:
I keep look come across a iPhone 5 case and then more iPhone 4 cases:mustachedroid:
I continue to sort through LG, iPhone and a bunch of odds and ends cases.
Finally I am about to give up when at the very bottom I noticed that there are several dusty cases behind this very dusty box.
I bend down and remove the box I am about to set it down when curiosity got the better of me:D
I brush off the front of the box.
On the front is some brick style phone I am thinking okay this is first generation android:thinking:
I noticed that included in the box is a single ear piece, mind you not regular headphoneso_O
So I flip the box over and start reading. I quickly realized that this thing is per Android. I come across the network information there is nothing! It's blank there is nothing about LTE, 4g, 3g, 2g heck even 1g.
I start reading the phone specs
No camera
No sim card
But the box contains a spare battery and a case;). Plus a car charger and a regular house charger.
Let's not forget that nifty headphone piece:D
I decided that I am going to buy it. It's been marked down from $75.99 to $45.99;)
Then I started thinking about how I would explain the purchase to my wife:thinking:
Tell her it's an emergency back up phone:cool:
I put the box down and move on to the cases
First case is a blue Samsung Galaxy S4, next case a black Galaxy S4 case, follow by a white Galaxy S4 case. The next three cases are clear Galaxy S3 cases:maskeddroid:
Finally I come to the last case.
By now I realize that I wasn't going to find a Moto E5 plus case here
The very last case I checked was ...que the drum roll:thumbsupdroid:
A purple Galaxy S2 case
That is right a bleeping Galaxy S2 case.
I found a case a few hours later

Really wow that is pretty big. Then again I am in my room the smallest TV (techinally i have my moto z2, and my tablet, it is tiny compare to this monitor I purchase, and my television it is at least 15.5)
 
Purchase a clear symmetry otter box case
For my pixel 3 (sorry can't up load image).
Got it to replace the case I originally got as part of screen protector/case package deal with Verizon
Screen protector works but it will need to be replaced soon
The case Verizon sent kept popping off.
So far the new case has been great.
 
Purchase a thing of Nissin Souper Meal, basically a variety of top ramen. Stuff was bland, no taste, filling though
