TY for the widget its actually called MIUI digital weather clock, its the only one that Ive got to actually work on my phone with no hiccups

Tell me about it. I lived where they likely took this pic for 18 years and now Im in 8" of snow here in WA. BTW, while you cannot tell from my one screenshot that GenX theme from Florence is what Im sporting atm. Its very cool indeed and someone it replaced my boot ani with its own, surprised but niceboy would i like to be somewhere warm enough to be hanging out on that

Yeah themes can change boot.anis just like roms....it gets packaged in
Also, what theme are you using? You mentioned your own theme, what is that?

A theme I ported over from another device. It's not for release. XDA Developers have a flat black theme for fascinate which is similar. Maybe you can try that.

Im rare to use live wallpaper but this one is cool. Its called Droid Flag and it lets you put a custom image on a flag which blows in the wind. You can even customize the wind yourself by blowing on your mic

Thanks David yeah Im actually liking it because that mostly black background contrasts well with the blue icons and my GenX theme which if anyone hasnt tried it tries to imitate Cyanogen down the icons and all pretty nice actually and one can dreamThats a good 1 saps, and too cute

Talk about being overwhelmed! I've had my Fascinate since September, but had no idea you could do all of this? I just spent the last hour looking through all of the posts in this thread.. and wow, I want one of yall to come to my house and hook my phone up lol
My silly questions are this: how do you customize the application screen (as in the color of the background.. mine is just solid black?) And how do you customize the notification bar icons- as in changing the design of them, etc? Do you need to be rooted?
My first attempt at customizing.. nothing special lol
I gave in a bought Widget Locker, but haven't caved for Beautiful Widgets yet.. I'm sure I will soon enough though.
Other apps/widgets used: Circle battery, Minimalistic text, Simi Clock, and Battstatt.
