The problem is that these orders are not even being shipped! It showed every single one of us that pre-ordered, That it would ship BY the 31st. That means that even if we would still have to wait, That phone would already be shipping at least. Our listings are just still showing "Located in stock".
This is very unprofessional and quite a way to discard people just because they did not pay an extra measly $11 dollars for shipping.
When I hold a deposit for a phone in my store, I don't judge it based on how high of a deposit they gave me. I base it on who came first. They should of honored the pre-orders and shipped them out first, Then sure give the overnight orders priority in terms of when they receive it. If my order was on a truck somewhere, I wouldn't be here in this frustrated state right now.
I called customer service and was told that orders like mine won't even ship out for another 1-2 days when I'd ordered all the back on the 22nd? Tell me how is that common sense?
