Root Pri or prl

When you update the data profile under your settings, update the PRL, then update your data profile. That has been the recommended order for a while. :)

For your pri, flash the NV as well, but flash these individually. Only flash the pri in recovery, then reboot the phone, then reboot to recovery and then flash the NV. For these the order doesn't matter, or I've never read anywhere that it makes a difference.

Also please remember that these are like radio flashes, don't pull the battery. Bad juju.

Yep I did it backwards. Do you know if this affects 4g speeds. On mikg3.11 and the 4 g is laging on the download side compared to the stock rooted rom and decks.

answered my own question answer is yes

Mike to be honest I really don't think they make a difference. I have done radio updates with not affect on my signal I don't have 4g in my area so can't say if there was or could have been an improvement there but again I have never had it affect my signal and I have heard of others that said the same thing. Updating the Radios is only the "Software" side of the radio and not the hardware side. Its like updating the ROM really just different :D
