Where are you located?? Because I'm in Philly and for Pinging 287ms I'm only getting 0.09 Mbps Download and 0.32 Mbps Upload on 3032 & *228 is the one to put me on this.. it's garbage where I am :confused: I think it's time to go to 3030 for me
 
Wow i thought it was just me i had called metro and they did the account reset stuff but in a few hours it was at it again. But now i see that its them and can say i think its the phone and towers . I can say this is the warning i think this device is about to fall . Unless a lg update is given

Doesn't matter. We all have metro phones. The only phone treated special with PRLs is the Galaxy S3.

If you all want the 3033 PRL, go to the LG Motion forum, it's in there.

Sorry I never posted the file here, have been very busy.

Also the S3 got a PRL update to 2034!! :D

Well it tried to do a FOTA but because im running custom rom it failed, after that it was showing prl 1005, I tried *228 and it never changed I used cdma ws and changed it to 3032 and it still shows as 1005 on the phone, so... Not sure what to think yet:confused:

You should be able to push the prl with cdma work shop, I bought the program and qpst, as well as lgpnst, all of those I have.

At this point I wonder if its a botched update that is causing it, my lte speed is lower down then I am used to seeing, but still working.
 
So soon a zvf should be out with a better update to fix and repairing all misteaks made and maybe a 237 or higher . This could be why this device is still 3:eek::eek: dollars

and you know the really funny part, I decided to drop boost mobile and go with tmobile, a gsm tech and now tmo and metro combining will phase out cdma for metro as well so I wont have any real use for cdma ws:o

However I did have the full version for long enough it did what I needed and I am happy about that.

Definition for prl: The Preferred Roaming List, basically a way of telling your phone which towers to connect to first..
The PRL helps determine which home-network towers to use, and also which towers belonging to other networks to use in roaming situations (areas where the home network has no coverage.) i don't know if it's my net connection but i cant download those prl links.. is there any one out there already dowloaded the file? i think i just try it again and again...
 
Yes the special ones work i stayed with the special one cause its faster web connect and battery has a lot more time to play cause its not just turning the tables
 
I see you have been creating a problem . Since the prl isnt 3033 and is still 3032 . If u force the 3033 or any prl to the phone with qpst or lgpnst u cant use *228 it will push you back to the current prl cause this is what u have asked if u dial *228 it will update your device prl back to current which would be 3032. This is cause u forced a prl to the phone . The system see it as the wrong and will update u to the device current prl.

No the system updated it to 1005, no matter what, if I go to *228 it does it, if I leave it after a few days it goes to 1005.
