Problem with my androidforums account (didnt know where to post)

I have a problem with my account. If i click on my name
`Ghost`
it brings me to a person named
Ghost (no ticmarks)
I dont know whats causing it but it seems to be misdirecting people.

Also i cannot update my avatar or signiture do to this reason. I also am unable to set a few things in my user CP.
 
Are you accessing the site via your phone? The site acts strange sometimes when using your phone, try on your pc. If that fails, try asking the mods or admins for help.
 
Yes, it's a known glitch. ;)

The easy solution would be to send a private message to an admin to get your name changed. If you explain the situation (they know about the glitch), they will do it with no more questions asked.
 
Yeah, special characters in names have been known to cause these problems. Is there a name you'd be alright with changing yours to?
 
If you click on my name, `Ghost` it takes you to the profile of someone named Ghost. please fix this. as on other forums i click on my username and then go to ''recent posts'' to keep up with the threads i participate in. being unable to do this, the second a thread gets moved, or drops to another page, i have no way of finding it.
 
I answered this on your other post...The characters --> ` <--- in your name are restricted from being in an URL for security reasons, read the other post for more info
 
Didn't you make another thread similar to this?

I'm going to move this to the Suggestion/Feedback forum (as I believe I did with the other one) so that an admin can see it.
