Root Question about mikg v2.61 notification sounds..

Is there a way to set individual notification sounds for different people or do you have to just use the same one for everyone? I know you can use individual ringtones but I havent found a way to do it with notifications. If there is a way please let me know, thanks.

I use gosms pro, free in spite of the costly sounding name.

I was looking at it, I think it would allow you to personalize notifications. I didn't test it, sort of obscure. under advanced settings.

Not sure about email apps

Ya I actually looked into different sms apps the only thing i didnt like was the way then you get 2 notifications, one from the stock app and then from the other. Is there any way to disable the stock sms?

that gosms pro actually has a spot to click to disable the other one.

It is under advanced settings in the receive settings category

another way is

You Sent SMS to John Doe in the Message Pane tap John Doe now tap menu button choose individual select notification Then tap Select Rington this will open up notifications for you to choose from.
