Help Question about Signature

Hi,

I'm having trouble trying to set a personal signature on my HTC EVO Shift. I don't have the messaging option in my menu as I've seen it suggested in a web search. Can anyone help?

Sometimes going into the forum for your particular device helps. ;) Have you checked the HTC EVO Shift forum?

To add a signature in GMAIL, do the following:


  1. GMAIL app
  2. Menu
  3. More
  4. Settings
  5. Signature

To add a signature in the stock mail app, do the following:


  1. Mail app
  2. Menu
  3. More
  4. Settings
  5. General settings
  6. Use Signature
 
I had checked through the search mode of the EVO Shift forum and found nothing. This is why I posted a question. I will check to see if what you recommended will work.

I did it in the stock mail app. Only the had the phone since yesterday so I didn't know I could do settings on the actual mail screen. It worked so thank you very much!

Great! Glad all worked out!

I've only had my phone seven weeks and I'm still discovering great things. This forum has been invaluable as there are some really knowledgeable folks here!

Keep checking the forum and you'll uncover lots of neat stuff!
