Random Thought Thread

Went to Bunker Hill today, it was alright, we counted trees. :) IT was one of those occasional things, I always wanted to get off my bucket list. (How many times am I ever going to type that ? only one time.)

This is the cheapo mall in Hohhot. So even though the labels might state "mink", it could very well be polyester, or who knows what fur.

Here in the US, fur is so 1950s. Of course, we still have the odd celebrity, like JLo, who apparently doesn't care about the heinous, cruel way fur ends up on her back, but they're the exception.

One of my idols, Doris Day, who died recently, stated that one of her biggest regrets was wearing fur in her early movies and not speaking up to the powers that be. She more than made up for it by founding the Doris Day Animal League, which has worked tirelessly for animals for decades.
 
I feel hollow, I am engaged, but honestly I have a million questions to ask her, is that what time is? Is that what others do, just speak up to their partner and just spend even more time with them?
 
Thanks, now I have a ton of inner dialouge for her one of these chances, even though, we are "alright and ready to gear up, to whatever flings in our direction." Still I still fret if death comes.
