On another topic- i have a rant...
This morning i woke up, having no animals at home to take care of (I'm away on work until the 20th)
the gf called earlier because she found someone giving away an 'adorable kitten' that she 'just had to have' (translation- animal that will now shit in my house, cost me money & permanently change the way my house smells (to the odor of urine and feces) )
After listening to her side of it (lonely because i travel, needs a companion, etc (although we have another girl living with us) ) i reluctantly agreed.

I now received a phone call from her (to trouble shoot her mms since she wanted to show me a pic of said animal) once i got her fixed up, she then 'slipped' into the conversation that the other 'girl got one TOO'
So now, as we speak, there are TWO cats 'preparing' my house fit my return later this month.
And all she can say is 'i didn't think it would be a big deal'
