I think the first season presented some interesting things..... in particular those giant stone structures made with detail and precision that rivals (and in some cases surpasses) modern technology.
I forget the site name, but it was some place in South America, where a site some 10,000 to 15,000 years old was made out of stone, cut so precise, that modern tools were around as accurate. And in some places were less accurate. That one threw me for a loop.

I'm not sure if there is any weight to their claims, but somethings are definitely unexplained with the old world.
