I used 1 bulb roasted garlic, 2 cloves fresh garlic, 1 small handful pan fried Thai chilies, a spoonful of sugar and one of salt, a solid glug of fresh lemon juice, maybe four or five glugs of vinegar, a dozen twists of the pepper grinder, two count pour of grape seed oil, and I slow roasted: 1 lg poblano pepper, 1 anaheim, 3 fresno, 8 or 10 jalape

yeah you did get ripped off I bought two plants from a local farmers market here and got about 400 peppers between hence why I have a whole batch of sauce with just them lol ... and the real fresh ones are amazingly hot when I first took a bite my reaction was not to spit but just puke that's what i get for eating straight off the vine lol...

this years mash for me is going to be even hotter I have two BJ plants and we were able to get two Trinidad scorpion plants to seed and grow (hottest pepper in the world but not naturally occurring) its germinated in a lab but yeah needless to say i might be killing my self with this batch

Lol i hate winter but i love the snow :) we dont get as much of it as when i was a kid though. Climate change is very obvious here :(

Just got my new phone cases and earbuds from the mail depot. Really really loving the Urban Armor Gear case :)

Texas is cool.. aparently it isnt technicaly a part of the states or something? Some texans use their own currancy :thumbup:
