Why is Verizon so tight on rooting? I mean I've rooted now 6 devices from Sprint.... HTC one m8 HK , nexus 6, nexus 9(tablet), galaxy note 2 ,and 3 and most recently the newer lg g pad( tablet). I find excellent guides for each device and was able to root and load custom Roms on all but the nexus 6 and note 2. And that is only because I rooted to remove the crap wear from the note 2, nexus I rooted just so I could use wake lock detector.( neither phone was mine there my aunts who isn't techy at all! )Oh it's a Verizon S4, that one might be particularly locked down, just a guess. I've only really had experience of the the i9500. and the i9508 which is a "TD" version for China Mobile. All easily rooted and hacked. Don't think the S4s have Knox in this country.

Can't be. I hear he has great customer service... Until you try to terminate the contract, anyway.Do you actually believe Satan is that bad?
I find it interesting there are so many radio & tv commercials here in MN, with either an Australian (not even counting Outback Steakhouse) or English voice-over. I wasn't aware we had a lot of Aussies & Brits here...
I also suspect most (if not all) of those accents are fake, which ever so slightly grinds my gears.
LOL most people here sound nothing like that!Should be a nice change of pace from hearing that Minn-a-soot-a accent all day.![]()
