View from my balcony... Came home to snow:/
Good news is.. Very long story short... I found a pile of money in the street ... In an envelope
Lots of it[emoji15] I left my number with the closest store but none went looking for it
I donated over 1/2 of it to my rescue group
and the other half I guess is mine? Although I feel weird spending it
Maybe I'll just donate the whole thing
It was hundreds of dollars!!! Probably a drug deal gone bad[emoji15]that's what I tell myself because why would no one claim it????

If you ever see this guy, run away very fast

That suppressor defies all logic of how shotguns work. But I guess it's better than the baseball bat/flashlight silencers from The Walking Dead

Who is that? He looks like he'd be 80 now![emoji854]

That's Javier Bardem. You're only off by 33 years. :p

That picture is from the movie No Country for Old Men, which came out about 7 or 8 years ago IIRC.

That was a great character. You really don't want to mess with him.

Btw, the link was that this film is all about a drug deal that went bad, and some guy picks up the cash involved. Well I won't spoil it for you but Javier Bardem's character was the hitman responsible for getting the money back.

Bummer alert.
Lilly was the best dog ever and I had to make that horrible call yesterday. She was only 8 1/2 (2 days shy), she developed degenerative nerve myelopathy at the beginning of this year. She adjusted well at first, it was only in one leg so she learned to walk and could actually still run a bit. Being a degenerative disease it spread to her front leg but she still managed and was happy. A week ago it went to her other back leg and 2 days ago she could no longer get up without struggling and help. She was no longer happy. So last night I had her euthanized. It was the right thing to do but I miss her and always will.

Fifty-ish years ago, when I was about twelve, Chico, 'my' beloved 110-pound Great Pyrenees, tried to bite the front tire of a moving school bus. The bus won, of course, and I never really wanted another pet after losing him. Had a few since, mostly cats, all have passed, haven't had any pets in over ten years.
