Headed to the dentist. Criminy how I dread this
Just got back from the dentist, coincidentally. I get to keep my teeth for another 6 months.
I hate the dentist so that I've been twice in the last 50 years. Fortunately I was blessed with healthy teeth. If not for smoking a pipe all of my life, I'd likely still have all of them. No soda, candy once maybe a year, and twice a day brushing with an extra firm tooth brush has served me well. My parents both got dentures in their forties. My sister had to have dentures by the time she reached fifty. It's not genetics... unless the mail man had great teeth.
Every time I go the hygienist makes the same comments ... my teeth are very smooth so I obviously don't drink a lot of soft or sugary drinks. And she's happy to see my teeth are not blinding white. I like to say ivory, but being a coffee drinker pale mocha might be a better description. 
Mrs. Luna, at the age of [not-a-schoolgirl-any-longer] just had her wisdom teeth out because they were pushing the rest of her teeth forward. She is wearing invisalign retainers to put the ol' choppers back where they belong.

Had a cap done, last visit towards the dentist, my teeth have no cavities last visit, been seeing Dr. Hans for a long time, back when it was still Dr. Broadbant in the early 90s, around mid 2ks I started to use plaquers and brush with florite with sensaydine - with my acid reflux has been calm down, fret many moons ago they did a number to my teeth and yeah it was feeling okay at that time...

Just mowed the back yard. It took zero seconds after starting the mower to remember that I hate mowing
I mow 30+ lawns a week above and beyond my normal employment. I like being outside and I have commercial equipment that make the work easy. Plus it's a pleasure to keep properties looking sharp. BTW, I hate mowing my lawn too.
I actually don't mind it, unless it's really hot and humid and the grass is wet. That was most of last summer! I will do the front later, I use the electric mower there and, ummm, maybe forgot to fully charge it.
I would think the secret to good mowing with an electric is to mow often. Cutting taller and wet grass will likely suck the power right out of a battery. Just my guess.
That's why I got the gas mower, for the crabgrass in the back. The front is not bad and the electric is perfect for that. Not so much that back mess though!
