I have a preference for Dr. Grip pens and pencils... I have problems using smaller diameter instruments for more than a couple words. I also have a preference for fine-point pens and pencil leads. 0.5mm for pencil, 0.5mm or 0.38mm for pens, if I can get away with it (obviously, if the document is duplicate, triplicate, etc. then a fine point is going to rip paper rather than trnasfer to lower copies).

My current job requires me to have two of each: black pen, red pen, black lead, read lead; and I carry around four Dr. Grip pens in a belt-pouch.

Finding refills for my pens is a bit of a pickle: fine tip refills are few, and ultra-fine absolutely rare, unless you hit th eright office-supply store, and often as not are out of stock when they do carry them.

Fortunately, Pilot tends to use the same ink cartridge on all their products (we're talking gel-ink), and so imagine my pleasure at finding a sale at Staples for G2 pens, in both fine (0.5mm) and Ultra-fine (0.38mm) for $5 (there are five pens per package) That's $1 per refill! Plus, I have enough refills to last me into the next decade, I'm betting.

I would say, in that case, no. Connery is the protagonist.

It does raise an interesting point about legality, morality and heroes.

Ok... how about
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0400618/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_68

Macbeth.. starts with a slice of regicide and then murders Banquo, attempts to have his son killed at the same time but Fleance escapes. He sends messengers to kill Macduff; but because Macduff has gone to England to assist Malcolm, the messengers murder Macduff's son and wife instead... moving from loyal servant of the king, to bloodthirsty tyrant.

If there is a hero/good guy in MacBeth, then its MacDuff.....
