Murder. Not something that happens here much. Today a woman in her 70s was found dead in her backyard, and police have ruled it homicide. Three miles from my house.
My little city of ≈55,000, Arcadia, is not used to murders--one a year is average, and those usually turn out to be committed by an ex-boyfriend or spouse. Time will tell what this was.
