Awe dang.
My decision on what phone to get next has just gotten harder. I am a fan of HTC, and have never owned any other Android myself (though I have vicariously owned a OG Moto through the wifey), but here comes the thing I have always wanted: a phone that is actually a camera too.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom features 16 megapixel 10x zoom camera

I was going to get the One, for the camera, though the S4 was a close second and actually still in the running, but this may be too hard to pass up. I wonder if it will be popular and have any decent dev support since it is far from top of the line as far as phone specs go...

Check this out funky...the first sentence just made my brain sizzle :p

Tbh, i wouldnt touch it. There will be minimal dev support, the specs are pretty dull, the display is aparently LCD instead of the gorgeous samsung amoled(?), its an experiment, a guinniepig. Maybe it will catch on like the Note did but i think people who really care about pics would just buy a separate digital camera. Imo its a turkey but id love to be proved wrong (like i was with the original Note)
Bit off topic but i was playing with a Note 2, a s4, and a HTC One in a store today and without a doubt id choose the note2 :)

Yeah the active does look nice other than the buttons
oh yeah i played with the Xperia Z too and it is so beautiful, gorgeous outer hardware but the display just didnt do it for me and it felt kinda slow even though Sony firmware is pretty light :( im a sony fanboy too lol. Maybe next year theyl release an amazing flagship :)

The two ends of a crazy morning rainbow on my way to work yesterday... It was truly a spectacle!

Tbh im 37 and havent had a cold since i was 21 when i started doing outdoors physical work. The mad thing is that ive been out of regular work for a few years but i still dont catch cold.
I have a few theorys on the common cold though and prevention of it but theyre a bit unorthodox for here

I get one a year, it's always when I'm most run down, not when the germs are flying... I have 3 school age children as well. You'd think I was way more susceptible but I try and eat well and I'm constantly out in the fresh air. I know that is a huge part of why I don't get more.

This might get flamed and reported or whatever but trust me. Why do kids, chimps etc eat boogers? Trust me and eat some kids boogers, its a form of vaccination since the common cold is a constantly mutating germ, you have to be really up to date with the immunisation and my theory is that the nose catches every new strain around and ingestion avoids it from getting into the lungs but lets the body learn that new strain.
Im probably talking crap but maybe not lol :)
