I've decided to flip it and let my super make the decisions on what to do. She's s certain it'll sell for 139K, which will get us both a few grand. But, of course, I can change my mind whenever I want and just move into it... until it sells, that is.
I just shoveled my driveway, we got at least 5" of snow today. Ah, spring in the Northeast.

I got mine in the mail from Amazon today too. I never got around to seeing it in the theater, and I almost never pre-order anything, so I really want to like it, but we'll see...I've heard mixed opinions.

Yes! I always think it's funny that cops tell people to say the alphabet backwards as a sobriety test. I couldn't do that sober lol.
