Under there? A colonoscopy looks at what's IN there, not under. My last colonoscopy (first in 10 years) resulted in two polyps being found and removed. Had they remained in my colon, they could have become cancerous. My grandma had colon cancer in the 1970s when it was much harder to treat and she had a colostomy bag for the rest of her life. I'd much rather have a colonoscopy done every couple of years than risk that!
(Plus the prep is a great cure for constipation. Trust me: you'll expel everything from breakfast that morning to last year's Thanksgiving dinner)

Off topic:
My widex hearing aid app was not working for about five times in a row since today and last night,
so I did the easy way out by nuking button, three button combo. since, I cannot figure what was flooding the near by blue tooth
settings inside the device itself, and now it works.

Saves me a call to the audiologist.
I just wonder why was it tampered with my fingers,
and I know how strange this cell is by squeezing the edges of the device, it will pop up something random.
yeah...

Ontopic: yeah hahaa.

After seeing what my sister had to do and starve her to death, yes she is a stress eater to the max.
No thanks.

I dunno, you drink the prep solution, cancel all your social events (and any sleep) for that night; and BOOM! You're several pounds lighter in the morning! Then you go to your colonoscopy appointment, ask the doctor for a note to your wife confirming that no, in fact, your head is not in there (I did that), and it'll be the best 5 minutes sleep of your life. Then you can reward yourself with a trip to the buffet on the way home to sleep for 10 hours. Easy!

My social life is mostly here lol...

Me making plans, what is that word?
Uh..what?

LOL.

My sister is coming over this morning and we are going to the Verizon store. She wants to transfer her stuff to her late husband's S23 and kill her S8. With one less phone on the plan, it would serve us well to explore our plan options moving forward. I also want her to have admin rights to our plan. Her late husband and I shared those rights since the beginning of cell service. It's good insurance to have two in control at our age.

She is adopting one of my kitties. So we will work in some kitty time or I miss my guess. The kittens are eight weeks old. I have hopes of using an adoption center to place the remaining cats to quality forever homes. I've applied and they responded but have not called for an interview or requested time to see the kittens...

Well went to the bank to cash both of my checks, sum total a lot, I got them cashed by a guy who was dressed up as Spider man, and I was wondering if the audiologist was open, appearently they love Halloween and was closed until about on Monday, but I am letting my hearing aids charged for a bit when I am at home...

We went to the grocery store and I did purchased a lot of self care for me today.
I am happy, I accidently pointed my ankle downwards, and it sprung up still hurting on the bottom of the bar of my sister's chair with a square underneath for support, I got up a bit stressed and it was about a quarter until four a.m.
I am running on high on fumes. But I will not attempt sleep just yet..

Having made sure by phone yesterday that they were available, I went to the bank and asked the teller for 100 $2 bills. She brought me fifty of them and insisted that's what I'd asked for (plus, it's all they had at that branch). I bought those and went to another branch, made the same request, and was presented with fifty $2 bills. It was like five bank tellers, in two branches, and I were speaking different languages! They all mentally inserted the words "worth of" in front of "$2 bills" in my request: changing a quantity to a value. They could not understand my aggravation over driving to the bank and receiving only HALF the number of bills I'd requested on the phone yesterday! I regret not recording the conversation because it would make a hilarious comedy sketch.

Our visit to the Verizon store was interesting. The rep that waited on us knew less that the normal AF member. We did need him to kill one phone on our plan and to add manager rights to my sister. The changing of the sims and using smart switch was a no brainer. Seeking information about the plan I have was interesting. The rep admitted it was a very old plan and they had nothing better to offer. He marveled at the fact that I had the account there for 37 years.
