Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

The Vulcan and I don't care. We never did. The kid was remembered though.
She remembered ours and made her own cards. Some of those were darned funny.

um....she sounds awesome!!....(i'm kind of the same way)... you would have probably not been interested in her if she was all high maintenance sticky creepy doting all over you in the first place anyway! YUCK!!:)

When people wear opened-toed shoes. It's the only reason why I hate summer.

Something else that grinds my gears is when people think they know everything.

you would hate me then!!!! cuz i wear flip flops ..sandals ...open toe shoes.. high heel wedge's et al...in the summer!

Worn Chaco sandals so long, feet have a permanent tan. I hate shoes. If I can't wear sandals, I have clogs. I wore Tevas at the rink. I'd patch ice in them.

Ignoring a lot of extras got rid of a mortgage real fast. Paid for cars. I worked for the kid's extras, then my own.

k..hahahaha! sorry but that was kinda funny..:).I don't think people think they need to show off their sexy feet to the world..:);) um.....pretty sure feet aren't all that at all!!!... well i guess some people mind have a thing for feet ...it's whatever....to each their own..
...anywho

just...the thing is, it's actually more...natural to be barefoot..or not so confined in socks shoes etc..etc...

don't tell me you've never walked in the sand on the beach ..barefoot????

if not..i would highly recommend it...it's actually even better at night...

People who ride large electric bicycles and electric tricycles on the wrong side of the road, often while talking or playing with their cellphones...idiots :rolleyes: ....occasionally playing chicken with buses or trucks. Needless to say, a bus or truck will always come off better.
 
People who ride electric scooters at top speed on the footpath (sidewalk to you Americans), and even worse are those who ride along the footpath and straight into shopping arcades with absolutely no consideration of the fact that other people are walking in and out and won't hear them coming most of the time. Don't know about other places but riding any wheeled vehicle on the footpath is illegal unless you're under twelve years old or using a mobility scooter. Incidentally, I've not yet seen mobility scooters used here except by the elderly or infirm, unlike the many pics I've seen from the States like this:

Not to be funny i been run over from a lady in walmart .but when she rode off the store management told her to be careful and slow down well you hear another loud crash and the state police .guess who and what happen . This dumb azz just hit and knocked over a flat screen display say she couldn't stop . But i hope she can pay them for that tv she knocked over .

The bigger the load on the mobility scooter the further it'll take to pull it up to a stop. If she was anything like the person in the pic I posted she learned that lesson about momentum, or should have!
