When your in a place where your phone keeps bouncing from 1x to 3G to 4G LTE. Pretty much useless

Keep trying to download, but gets stuck at 50% downloaded. Gonna just have to give up / log off as my battery is draining like no bodies business. Thanks for trying to help though.
