Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

Good thing I didn't update my tapatalk. I paid for it but it seems the latest update makes it free again and forces existing users to buy another pro version? Wow.

After looking at my pay and talking to my boss, I may not be able to afford rent at an apartment.

I'm really scared I might wind up homeless.

You know what grinds my gears? when your at work and that damn bus comes rolling down the hallway and your workmates throw you right beneath the wheels then the bus throws it in reverses to make sure that it ran you over correctly!

Keep your garbage to yourself. Nature doesn't want it!!

On Tuesday, I was almost hit by a car (Again) riding my bike. This driver didn't look before making a turn. Sometimes, I wish I got hit, (But not hurt) just so I can sue them. Gurrrrrr

Okay, you know when you use the computer in the dark? Bugs are always flying to the screen, and its really annoying. I don't like to kill bugs, unless its a centipede or a bug flying in front of my screen. Gurrrrr

Just don't kill the bug by hitting your screen. That would be a horrible way to break your phone :(

What's your biff with centipedes?

We have some that just bite, others that are poisonous and some in the desert come straight from hell.

Had a big black one, red head in one of the desert trailers where we were managing weapons R&D.

My buddy stepped on it and his foot rolled over it.

We grabbed a rather large and quite heavy tool box, nearly 50 pounds (better than 20 kilos ok) and dropped it squarely on top of him.

It didn't fall on a corner, and the floor was level - and the bugger was a good 2 cm in diameter.

That toolbox actually MOVED as he crawled out from under it unscathed.

We got the hell out of there and stood outside smoking waiting for it to leave.

MPs finally came by because we were suspicious.

First they laughed and then after going inside and going after it, they came out as unhappy as we were.

We debated pumping a few rounds into it but decided that it made more sense to use a fire ax and go for a beer.

For as poisonous as some get we had little doubt that we didn't want it to return.

I'd be too scared to get close to that. I'd want to fire a round or 10 into it. Then again, I don't like to hurt nature, but if they are in my way, they got to go.
