Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

Modern OSs. Specifically, Windows 10. Anytime I have to un-screw mom's laptop because she clicked on a 'free iPad' advert, or moved the start menu over to one side and can't get it back (folks, this is why Microsoft removed the ability to move the taskbar in Windows 11) or just in general, how dumbed down Windows 10 actually is. This is a great example, one of their uninformative errors. The Work PC was frozen with its fans running full hilt with this on the screen.

Isn't it long past the time to admit that Windows 8+, iOS 7+ and Android 5+ was a mistake and go back to when things made sense?! Is it any wonder I'm far happier posting this from Windows Vista? At least it doesn't treat me like a moron, or sear my retinas in blinding white!
 
I was irritated about something else and then I read Moody Blues post heartbroken about the passing of Joy Noelle and now I am all :mad::maddroid::maddroid::thumbsdowndroid:
 
In this moment, I am not really irritating much these days.
Just wish that everyone would respect my work I do, in my art and writings.
Again not looking at any bigger names, just let me advert on it and just let me do the work before anyone else shares on it..
 
I wish futurists wouldn't keep acting like it's their mission in life to convert people like me to their version of 'modern.' What part of 'Modern sucks' don't they understand? I don't want headaches, frustrating UI and an all-white home.

I thought I disabled the Google Asssisstant on my moto, but somehow I can still access it hmm.... Seriously this phone is going into the crapper half of the time..
 
Right now, I am stepping out of my confort zone, and thank that ticktock videos only last for a few seconds.
But I am also fully aware on what I did scream ontop of my lungs with instant and fb, but half of the past of fb videos simply vanish,
and besides no one has time to make them listen to my voice of Fredstone or Wilimansun... hmmm...
 
I wish I had clippers for ear hair,and I wish I had keyboard key lifters.. And nose hair clippers.. With an app that shows me where I am clipping of..
 
I feel way too emotionally tired, not trying to look onward into Valentime's Day either, even though I will be cramped busy tomorrow..
Still I wish I could just stop my brain and breathe deeper then before.

Just wait until you get older, it flies even faster I swear! Didn't we just start a new year yesterday??

Just wait until you get older. It flies even faster I swear. Didn't we just start a new year yesterday??
 
When I did load a LPW on my cell earlier today, it just become over heated,no other apps were running in the background, seriously what is up with that?
 
Whatever the hell this font is called. It's EVERYWHERE lately and worse than comic sans. Comic Sans makes me laugh, but this font makes my eyes hurt.

It's also on all these signs people are fond of putting everywhere in their home. Signs that use that font to say stupid stuff like 'PORCH' or 'KITCHEN' or 'PATIO'. Have our attention spans gotten so short that we actually need to label the obvious bits in our home now?

As for time going faster as you age, well don't you know it. 2010 still is yesterday to me, as everything's been diminishing returns in all areas since.
 
I've seen gravestones with the font. That's what makes it funny to me. But in all honesty I find Comic Sans easier to read. Something about the way it's made is easy on my eyes. That's why it's my default browser font.

That's because no human is behind those 'email addresses'. All bots. AI's. I used to have great fun messing with them. They range from utter stupid to quite sophisticated and the responses were golden. It was like Kitboga doing texting to scammers. He did actually create a very rudimentary AI bot to troll scammers with that was funny, too.
 
I think I do not see as many spam bots on my email at all, sure maybe a few of them on my tumblr site every once a spell, but I just quickly post whatever does to my mind and profit. But in honestly fair is the value of anger suddenly, that my moto is about to break, honestly LWP keeps getting it over heated.. But over all the apps run smoothy, and about everything else seem to boot up quickly, so I am wondering how come the LWP just suddenly makes the bottom of where the speaker is just makes me wanna cry..
 
The last few 'AI Bots' scamming message I had was a year or two ago and it was MMS spam. They showed up as email addresses but equally badly formatted but they were being sent as MMS messages.

LWP might be having a similar issue that Xwidget did. Has your phone gotten Android 12+? When an S20 FE I was playing around with for a year got that, it exhibited similar problems, and that included widgets that no longer updated their info (weather/battery widgets) and no update was released to fix it. Phone also ran quite warm and battery life halved.
