Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

The SiriusXM app is trash and never works. You can't ever get logged in. I've reset my password so many times and it still doesn't work. Sadly their customer service reps are all named Bob and they're from India.
Oh yeah, I tried it only once, it really sucked.
Just a small tinker around it..

I could not sleep at all last night, I do not mind the full few days off from my side occupation,
but I kind of wonder how much will my check been though?
I hope it is about 100$ So I can pay the bills at least that.

Well eariler me thought this device was rootable, turns out not, I thought it had a bug in it, with plugging in my comp for a few times, I am thankfully the stars themselves, it is pretty awesome of getting back everything from dirt. I am alright so far so good.

I tried to ask Google a question this afternoon - instead of the usual assistant prompt, I was met with a flashy splash welcoming me to GEMINI!

And I promptly closed it. I don't want freaking Gemini and I really don't want it pushed in my face. There are other options out there: so I used the StartPage search function in Brave Browser instead. I got the answer to my question... without damn Gemini!

Ya know after changing my wax guards oh back in November, I am getting ear aches just down on the by the where you hear out of it, and my left one tends to almost twist and hurt a little bit in the upper part of the ear..

Okay, time for ME to rant...

Yesterday my Win10 computer was freezing so I restarted it. I was met with that teal screen of "Getting Windows ready - do not turn off computer". And it updated. And updated. 30 minutes. 50 minutes. 70 minutes. It was over an hour and a half... updating! I could have done a clean install faster than that!

Today, guess what? It happened AGAIN! I've been procrastinating but this "Getting Windows ready", when it has all night to do that, has taxed my tolerance to the limit. If Windows takes that long to get ready, it's just proof that it's a woman (I've been married 34 years so I can say that with authority). Nonetheless, my Linux flash drive has the latest bootable version on it. Now it's just a matter of backing up a handful of files, saying a find farewell to a couple of programs, and starting the process.

I've delayed the inevitable long enough: and while I will miss some of the proprietary software that doesn't have a Linux or open source alternative, my Microsoft account is set to expire in March. I'm going to LET it expire. By then I'll be on Kubuntu and right back to work. I already have our NAS working as our in-house cloud storage so I won't miss OneDrive.

It's time to kill the beast.

I think some voodoo witch doctor has control over One Drive tbh, mine just somehow still works, and I turned off automatic upgrades, and hushed it with a reg edit to stay it on windows ten, and really it is a woman with so many mysterious behind of it..

Could someone tell my cell to not drain its battery so friggin much?
Sometimes I have to charge it at night so much because it drops so much into it.
Seriously not going to heavy usage on my Whatsapp from time to time, it is so annoying when you can practically have it for windows, wich I have installed..

(nagging girlfriend) ...

Why not charge it every night? I mean... if one is sleeping and (probably) not using the phone, it's just sitting there draining battery. I pop mine on the wireless charger and wake up to a full charge that lasts all day.
I already charge it every night.
Strange for a small ram install about 13 rams, it seems to zap my battery quickly.
Least it quickly charges up to about a few minutes, like went from 59 to 99 in a matter of moments.
