yeah i am going in on thursday early since i want to try early upgrade and get a 1 year....somehow i think i am going to get shut down on this one lol

Well, if you mean that you want to use an annual upgrade then you're out of luck. I am eligible for an annual upgrade, but was told that I could only get a two-year contract with that. So, unless the *611 people can pull some strings for you, you can get the promotional pricing, but have to sign a 2-year contract.

Still worth it for me. It looks as though the specs are good enough that it'll be fine for the next 20 months.

We had this old timer manager when I worked at Texas Instruments, he had a desk near the main hallway of the manufacturing facility and he'd pretend he was working on something with a pen in his hand and paper, but he was really sleeping. You could tell how long he had been asleep based on how long the line on the piece of paper was that he was pretending to write on.

I think I'm going to show up at my local corporate VZW store at 9:55 am on Thursday morning. Knowing that I can have the phone on Thursday...makes me not want a phone that will ship on Thursday...I'll start getting upgrade remorse...start drinking heavily at work...it won't be pretty! LOL

[Note to self...upgrade wife's phone and get her something she is excited about right before you want to upgrade...saves on the dirty looks when you tell her you are getting yet another phone!]
