Root Remove AmPm from clock?

I dont see the purpose of removing the am/pm it dosnt take much space and i could only imagine people doing this just to say haha i removed the am/pm to the person next to them and they would go "so what what big deal" lol sorry to be a party poop but just speaking my mind.

Obviously you don't know what it means to have something and not be able to figure it out. Ha. It sucks.

It's not the point of having it done, it's the point of doing it. ;)

If we all had that attitude I think our dev department would look a little thin don't you?

Not be a party poop either but we didn't ask for a "why". ;)

We asked for a "how". :)


I don't see a point in having a hundred 4g icons. They all do the same thing. It's better to have and not need then to need and not have. ;)

agreed . pushing our self's to doing things like this will make us more experience and would help us understand so much more, in this case smali lol their a pain in the a**
 
alright, for yall who've gotten the toggles, I seem to be having trouble when compiling after the edits. looks like my problem is the public.xml, I've successfully compiled after I edited the strings.xml and date_time_prefs.xml any ideas as to what it could be? do i have to add the xmls to a specific sub title within the public.xml?
 
it was more of a question then a statement but seems it was answered its just a past time and thats ok some people need something to do.

Hehe.. thought of an easy way to get rid of the AM PM.. NO coding necessary.. Just cut a tiny piece of black electrical tape to fit :P hardly noticeable lol
 
I also thought "why would they want to delete the AM/PM"? But I remembered when I used to mess around on Myspace, and always wanted to tweak stuff on my page; hide stuff or just add anything to it that wasn't "normal" to do. It was all about the challenge to me. Fun when you make things happen that seems impossible, in a way.
