Help [RESOLVED] Htc one sv boost mobile ## programming keys not working

all 3 restores successful!!
Boot
System (phew! :))
Recovery

ok, having s-on, means that even if recovery says successful on boot.img it still can not flash the boot.img

now choose

reboot

bootloader

and

fastboot flash boot 4.1.2_k2clboot.img

then

fastboot reboot

you will now have stock out of the box (updated)OS and you can keep the twrp.img installed on your device, it won't affect the activating.

once booted into the OS

adb reboot bootloader

choose recovery from the screen and make a new backup right away before changing anything in the system

name it 4.1.2_pure_stock

then you can delete ALL the other backups

and you have a safety net if anything goes wrong in the future

I just finished fast reboot bit it is stuck on Htc one splash startup screen for last 5 minutes......

pull battery and boot back into fastboot mode

flash the boot img I had you download

I had done that already but I guess something is wrong with boot.img file that I flashed

here are logs
C:\Users\Adnan\Downloads\Fastboot\Fastboot>fastboot flash boot 4.1.2_k2clboot.im
g
sending 'boot' (16384 KB)... OKAY [ 3.388s]
writing 'boot'... OKAY [ 2.080s]
finished. total time: 5.470s

C:\Users\Adnan\Downloads\Fastboot\Fastboot>fastboot reboot
rebooting...
finished. total time: 0.090s

Sorry for being dumb.. how do I do that since it is not mounting the sd cards as you may remember we copied only in normal bootup

I'm uploading three different twrp imgs

we will just have to test every one of them

and see which one will mount properly

I'll post links when finished uploading

it is not still mounting
not sure why ..
it does say it was mounted successfully
however the phone is not showing up in win explorer/windows 7
I have an idea ; luckily I saved another full backup ( on ext sd) before we started this operation ; I can restore, boot up in normal copy file and then restore our modified backup...
what do you think?

this time.....
sorry for asking you to delete

only replace the system.ext4.win
and delete the md5

leave all others intact

so sorry, for the delete advisement last time

yes, yes yes

good news... phone is restored to the original state !
however i learned something which proves that your point is correct. when i restored without wiping date/cache/system it again got stuck in startup screen but when i did wipe then it restored successfully.
starting cache.ext4.win copy.. now...
