Huh. I'm running Scott's CleanROM (based on the leak) and the build number is indeed 3.11.605.22. Where are you seeing the .225? I'll never go back to a stock ROM again, but just curious.Hmmm....... Either their won't be many changes from the latest leak or something is fishy with this info. The ICS leak was 3.11.605.225 while this source says the official ICS OTA update will be 3.11.605.22.

***EDIT*** whoops, someone beat me to it. Mods, feel free to delete or merge...
I hope this is true. Also hoping it takes care of the random "white HTC" Sense reboot screen I get at times when backing out of apps.
I don't have develop options under settings.Settings> Develop options> Background process limit> Standard
I found that if you set the number too low or have "don't keep activities" checked, it has to reload your wallpaper, clock, Widgets, icons, etc because you have too many things running.

I think he was assuming you updated via the leaked version that is already out. Develop options are in ICS.

2/3 have reported as good or better battery life.i hope the recent leak is not the final as there are too many bugs with it. mainly overheating and battery issues. htc needs to take some more time with this one.
