The probability is actually only about 66% in this case - out of 3 disks you get one on your back. your choices are 1 black, the other black or the white one.

Yes...ratio is 2:1 of getting black to white :P lol Like I said:

hahahaha, lets see if this is correct:

He goes in and sees that the other person has a black disk, he then comes out and sees what on the floor and guesses whats remaining, that is the black disk.

Ok, I think I know the answer, but I may have heard this one before a looong time ago. I swear I didn't just look it up.

Ok, let's call the guy who ran out man1 and the guy who didn't run out man2. There is only one white disk. If either of them saw that white disk on the other's back, the one who didn't have the white disk would know right away that they had a black disk on their back. Since man2 just sat there, man1 had to assume that he didn't have a white disk on his back, or man2 would have run out. Since man1 knew for a fact that man2 had a black disk, the only two options are that man1 had a black disk on his back or man2 is just a complete moron.
