I stopped or froze most processes and apps I wasn't actually running to achieve the following about 2 weeks ago. Since then, I'm getting 12-14 hours per charge on moderate use. So, I tried to install this rom and everything went wrong. I forgot to backup and Im screwed. All I want it to have my phone fully load up again. when I try to restart my phone it goes to LG logo then black screen. IM able to get back into recovery but I dont know what to do after that to fix this.. I tried everything properly to install rom again and still hangs on black screen. someone please help me...

STOCK ROM Releases | All 3 Firmwares - 4 Versions Each | Stock Apps | Stripper Application

Go there and select the Stock rooted CWM Backup. Place it under clockworkmod/ backup in sd card and go into recovery choose backup/restore. Under backups choose the file.you place in thereand tada! You'll be back to first base. Just re attempt flashing rom FOLLOWING ALL DIRECTIONS THOROUGHLY ;)

Hey thanx for the response. I tried to do what you said to do but now it gets stuck on a bootloop I believe > Goes past LG logo.. splash screen starts and sits on metro PCS logo for a while. Then starts over. ( I dont know if this matters but My Lg Lucid is from Verizon btw.)

You flashed a rom built for the lg connect to an lg lucid?!? Well I'm surprised you even got as far as you did. Oh well no turning back now.

Flash this delooper and have your fingers crossed.

No. Put it in you sd card and choose install from sd in cwm.

I looked up the lucid seems it's a rebadge connect. You might be good afterall but you should really backup next time.
 
Hm.. not showing a zip file. Just says META-INF/

I go as far as i can with that until it tells me there are no files there for me to choose from.
 
okay i got that to work finally. rebooted after flash and back to point a... black screen after lg logo

awesome.. now it wont even go into recovery ... just show the little android guy.. starts to load.. and reboots my phone
 
Reinstall the drivers for the Lucid and then try restarting the phone when plugged into the computer:banghead:
Off to work now will look around later for something if you don't get it fixed by then:thumbup:
 
I just recently placed the ROM on my phone and I want to go back to Stock. I'm not sure if I backed it up because it doesn't show the name of the ROM I backed up. Can someone help me?

Your backup should be in your clockworkmod folder > backup > in a folder with a weird 1970 date.

If it's not there you can simply download one of the stock backups in the stickied thread and use that.
 
first off i want to theank you. i messed my esteem up by rooting, roming, and forgeting to back up. i didnt like the rom i put in and did a factory reset. lol yeah i know. dumb. anyways your blitzkrieg rom is the only thing i could get to work that saved my phone. so thank you so much. now....i want to take it up to metro and get it turned back on. do i need the metro pcs firm ware in it to do that? where might i find that? also how can i put a basic lg key board into it? all that is in there is swype and i really dont care for it. thanks again for your help
 
I followed all the steps and it completed successfully but when I rebooted the Lucid it started looping. Now all it does is constantly reboot. Idea???
