Root [Rom][5-26-12]Broken Out Spectrum 3.0 w/ Blitzkrieg Kernel

I doubt the ROM is dead. There was a flurry of updates after the v5 leak, so I'm guessing that in awhile longer we'll see an update based on v6.

It takes time, my friend.

Yay! I'm 'cited. I hate having to use a downloaded browser because I reeeeeally like the simplicity of the android stock (tabs on a ****ing smartphone waste extremely valuable screenspace and just annoy the ever living fudge out of me), but it flat out refuses to load Browser 90% of the time-- annoying as hell when you're in a hurry. I never had an issue on other android phones, and from what I've read they've apparently fixed the glitch in v6.

But I don't wanna bother updating to v6 if I can has v6 brokenout instead :D

Played with it last night and got it most of the way done! May have a release tonight or tomorrow!!! Bluetooth works! WooHoo!!!!
 
downloaded and installed last night, loving it, very stable for me, very clean, had no difficulties whatsoever...

I did notice something weird that it might just be me though, when I have it plugged into my computer as MASS STORAGE, it will enter car dock mode for half of a second and close out of whatever app I'm running at the time, works fine on charge only though... and EVERYTHING else works perfectly.

I think there's an issue with the LG version of Android with USB because on stock, brokenout and Eclipse, I have to choose 'mass storage' again after plugged in to get my computer to recognize it. It's odd and no other phone has this problem... usually, just plugging the phone in recognizes it.

Just so you know, you're taking my ROM virginity. XD So nervy about flashing. It's an old hat to root, but it's like always getting to 3rd base, totally different than going for a home run :P

Actually it's very easy.. Just boot into CWM recovery and wipe data, and install zip. I mean, it's stupid easy. But the first time is always nerve racking! :p
 
Since I'm sitting here F5ing this page anyway, might as well ask what just came to mind:

What is your favorite governor to use with BrokenOut? Do you use profiles with SetCPU or something similar? How successful do your profiles switch from one to another?
