Great work MT! Like the new icons at the top. I really liked the ICS settings menu though. Runs smooth and clean.
ICS settings menu was what was actually causing the bluetooth pairing problem. That is why I did not update it to zv6
Gotcha... Ill get over it.
On a lighter note, whats wrong with this picture?
Lmao!!
Cant wait to see full changelog.
Thanks for getting this update out as quick as you did mt, I think I speak for all us forum lurkers when I say it is much appreciated. Quick question...is anyone else experiencing random screen blackouts?
Yea mine likes to randomly turn off :/ not often, but enough to notice
Thanks for confirming that I am not as crazy as I thought I was, lol. Or maybe that remains to be seen...
Anyway, I've been running brokenout 2.0 for weeks and never had this issue. Just trying to now
Yea lol, but i dont think mine installed right,i cant seem to confirm but i think i need'd to do the ota first then reflash? Some stuff installed but not fully dunno what i did wrong...
I never did the OTA, I installed the zip that blocked it. I did a factory reset, wpied dalvik and batterystats before installing 3.0. I'm not quite sure if something went wrong with the install or not; I'm gonna ride this for a day and see if the screen blackouts keep happening. I'm charging right now and want to make sure that isn't the issue.
I dont have the sony xperia theme looks like 2.0,nor the ics setting theme(i had to look that one up) android version is 2.3.5 shows build as BO 1.1 kernel is 2.6.35.11
Are you certain you downloaded the correct zip on the first page of this thread? I've misclicked a couple of times and started downloading the wrong version through the various releases. IDK, I thought it might be worth doublechecking in your download folder.
Oh crap, i just now noticed the modified notifications bar, it makes me twitch, is it possible to have it look like stock?
And i still can't stand it *shrug* It's all personal preference.. I'm extremely detail oriented, though, and small things in a UI can just completely turn me off; i refuse to use for Firefox 4 and above, for example, because i think the ui of anything after version 3.6 looks like total trash.I like the new notification bar, think it looks clean and sharp, more professional than stock.
Do we have to reapply the block OTA zip or is this part of the new rom? Excellent job on 3.0!
this is based off of v6. So to answer your question, no, you do not need to apply the ota block.
