Lmao!!

Cant wait to see full changelog.

Thanks for getting this update out as quick as you did mt, I think I speak for all us forum lurkers when I say it is much appreciated. Quick question...is anyone else experiencing random screen blackouts?

Yea mine likes to randomly turn off :/ not often, but enough to notice

Thanks for confirming that I am not as crazy as I thought I was, lol. Or maybe that remains to be seen...

Anyway, I've been running brokenout 2.0 for weeks and never had this issue. Just trying to figure this out now:-)

I never did the OTA, I installed the zip that blocked it. I did a factory reset, wpied dalvik and batterystats before installing 3.0. I'm not quite sure if something went wrong with the install or not; I'm gonna ride this for a day and see if the screen blackouts keep happening. I'm charging right now and want to make sure that isn't the issue.

Are you certain you downloaded the correct zip on the first page of this thread? I've misclicked a couple of times and started downloading the wrong version through the various releases. IDK, I thought it might be worth doublechecking in your download folder.

Oh crap, i just now noticed the modified notifications bar, it makes me twitch, is it possible to have it look like stock? Otherwise i shall have a sadface and stick to stock.SADNESS.

I know, stupid thing to stick to stock over, but the only thing i wanna change is performance/battery life, i like the layout as is (excluding custom launcher, obvs).

Sad day.

I like the new notification bar, think it looks clean and sharp, more professional than stock.
And i still can't stand it *shrug* It's all personal preference.. I'm extremely detail oriented, though, and small things in a UI can just completely turn me off; i refuse to use for Firefox 4 and above, for example, because i think the ui of anything after version 3.6 looks like total trash.

BO looks good (and seems like it'd run phenomenally), I would just get all OCD over the notification bar, I know.

Damn had a good, clean install. Interface looks so sleek, almost makes me want to leave espier. Runs like a champ. Haven't installed popcorn yet as I'd like to read the changes on blitz first. Got 6 hours on battery @47%. btw I never took the OTA and all I wiped was cache partition and dalvik. No reboots yet!! Excellent work once again. Now if I can just get order and chaos to work......

Do we have to reapply the block OTA zip or is this part of the new rom? Excellent job on 3.0!

this is based off of v6. So to answer your question, no, you do not need to apply the ota block.

--------------

I've had 2 reboots so far. anyone else getting random reboots?

No reboots so far, only a few screen blackouts while charging last night. The screen would lose responsiveness (capactative buttons as well), go black, and it would take approximately 5 seconds before I would have any input again and that would come after pressing the power button and unlocking the screen. I noticed I had to disengage and re-engage rotation for the screen to rotate afterwards. I also had Experia launcher FC twice immediately following the screen blackout. I haven't experienced it again since around 4 this morning when I unplugged my phone.

I'm running Brokenout 3.0 with Lagfree governor 384 Mhz min, 1.512 Ghz max.

Oddly enough I restored my backups last night from titanium and have had two or three reboots randomly... Everything on my phone I used in 2.0 and had no issue so something somewhere is to blame lol...
