Root [ROM][ALPHA] Quattrimus ICS (CM9, AOKP40)

can anyone else verify this is true? Was about to flash this?

also when you say bluetooth kinda works....you think it should still work for BT input (non audio) devices?

IIRC Bluetooth works for everything except audio calls. But give it a try and let us know, I'm curious to see your results.

Only thing about cm9, and now aokp, is what the heck is up with the lame mascots lol. First that annoying little blue demon on cm9 and now a pink unicorn!?! seriously! I mean come on, you make a nice rom and then decide it's mascot is going to be a pink unicorn. Although the pink unicorn boot animation is less annoying than the blue demon one of cm9
Lol. I actually love the unicorn and would have aokp ony transformer still if the rom was still supported.

With the radio(4g), wireless, gps, and bluetooth on running ondemand@1674. been a smooth 45 min now. phone is warm. google play is snappy. the unicorn is comic relief

Bluetooth file share both send and receive work - tested with my rooted lg lucid
Bluetooth pairing with my cheap OBd2 interface works -tested via tourqe

Tdm, have you merged your changes into github? I would like to merge some of your changes into the kernel I'm working on.

MMS is not sending. says address is not valid.

preferred network was set to "unknown" says its on LTE. i started to play with the network settings in *#*#4636#*#* and now i am stuck in eHRPD or EvDo or 1x

MMS send is not working yet.

Thats what I thought. I was trying to read back thru the posts and see if it was in here that the MMS sending issues were, but then this happened...

Found the MMS discussion in the other CM9 thread - http://androidforums.com/spectrum-a...d-9-lg-spectrum-4g-lgvs920-4.html#post5300765
It seems to be related to the fact that this rom can't read the phone's MDN correctly yet... just for reference. I guess I have to wait until the weekend starts to load this rom :)

Thought I'd share lol....

It still defaulted back to CDMA prl when I flashed back to icy fusion. Had to put it back to the lte/CDMA/evdo to bring back the 4g. Gonna flash aokp again and see if I can find something specific that triggers it

mine did the same thing restoring back eclipse alpha3.

Well, I've been running cm9 for almost a full day. So far, it's solid as a rock. Data has been flawless. I have only actually rebooted once so far though. I haven't really found any bugs. Camera takes good pictures. As has been said, video isn't the same HD quality but for me it's worth the tradeoff. For daily use, I keep the cpu set to 1296 MHz and it's still really snappy. If I clock it up to the full 1.6 GHz, it flies. Honestly, it's the fastest I've ever seen this phone...and I've tried pretty much every rom available for it. I'm probably going to keep it as my daily driver from now on.

Which model do you have? I'm thinking about buying one for my wife, to replace her aging laptop.

I have the 300t. The tg has mobile data, but fewer roms because of the necessary rils for data. I'm rather happy with the wifi only model.
