Yes the ones that are for the Ril, calling works but not sms, I had to major edit the build.prop for calling to work.....




Even after we get this working Development won't stop this will just be a rooted stock version of Gingerbread after that comes the mods and themes

And which build are you using that makes the phone force close? I haven't had any of them do that when I was testing.....

That one doesn't matter since HDMI doesn't work check 26 the one where HDMI works and wipe data before you flash

Yes but that kernel broke HDMI and has some bugs only thing it fixed was wifi..... besides there is currently no other way to fix wifi

Okay guys I've learned how to decompile, edit, and recompile jar files in the framework if you have any hints or advice on how to fix some of the remaining issues pm me or reply here pm would be better since my phone will notify me

Edit: i will be uploading the decompiled Frameworks for both stock and 2.3.4 for anyone that can help

Okay I've been busy lately but I'll see if I can mod the framework to fix 3g

I know that part of getting 3g to work and porting 2.3.4 gingerbread we need to replace these files..

port-bridge,qmuxd,and rild from the bin folder.

libcm.so,libdss.so,liboncrpc.so,libpbmlib.so,and libqmi.so from the lib folder. I swapped these from cm7 and it stopped the rom from looking for a sim card it looked like it changed the rom to cdma instead of GSM.

No because there's other things that need to be done but this is a good start ill keep looking into it we will get this rom ported.

Were there so many changes from one version to the next that the ril you're trying to fix for 3g couldn't be taken from a 2.2?
