A while back, Gannon gave me his CNA project. Here I am with my first release (finally) and its very much alpha quality. Please only report issues if they are not in the not working!

NOT WORKING
-WIFI (big one, im looking into it)
-camera preview, camcorder, panorama
-you tell me, i cant think of anymore off of the top of my head.

CREDITS AND THANKS
-rukin5197(previously gannon): for his modified files to help me get a good build, and also for suggestions through the whole process. Also for getting the ball rolling on CNA

-BobZhome: for his awesome kernel and allowing me to use a boot.img from an old build of his(only way I could get service working) and also for his suggestions on why service wouldn't work. Also for booting ICS on our phone for the first time!

-tdm: for his suggestions also on why service wouldn't work, and also for really getting the ball rolling on ICS

LeslieAnn: for the awesome build server, and also for helping me build my own computer (made the process a lot faster) and for all of her contributions to the community

JerryScript: for his guide on building that got me started back in december. I would not be here without him. he also helped me through a lot of stuff through my first IHO build.

-CammyKool for testing

-lilrob for testing.

To all devs for all phones: Thank you guys for all of your hard work. I know how extremely frustrating it is. You people are awesome.

No screenshots? Is gapps built in? What recovery works best?

There's more info about credits than there is about your rom. :(

No screenshots. Its illegal to include gapps, so I didn't. Any recovery should work. Enjoy :D

EDIT: I think credit is extremely important.

I know about including gapps. I was being sarcastic due to the missing gapps link. Inexperienced rom flashers do not know that different gapps are used for different versions of Android. We've had quite a few lately use the wrong gapps with some roms. ;)

Any recovery should work? What about those who flashed ZV9.

Post more info about your rom. Otherwise the thread will be full of questions that don't need to be asked.

Well, I don't see any rom descriptions that any info about people who flashed zv9. This is ICS so it shouldn't matter. Ill add a feature list to OP when I get on my CPU.

.............doesn't make a difference if it's incorporated into it or flashed directly after.....except that there would be less posts about people not able to access market....

You didn't hear about that? CyanogenMod use to include gapps, but not since Google sent a cease and desist order to Steve Kondik. If a rom dev includes gapps in their rom, they're infringing on Googles legal copyrights.

It's a simple fact. You want more beta testers, include more info. I certainly wouldn't risk slapping an unknown rom on my phone that provided no information whatsoever and I love testing alpha and beta software. I'm sure you will get testers, but not as many as you would if you included more info and possibly some screen shots.

I'm not trying to be rude. I just don't understand your reluctance in offering up as much information about your project as you possibly can to ensure the success of your rom.

I think google is jealous of cyanogenmod.....

The only info I got:
good battery life, and really smooth
wifi not working
Thanks to multiple people.

I agree please add more info, I don't flash any new ROM unless I know what makes it better than others, and screenshots of what makes it different always helps lure me to testing stuff out.

by this is ics so it shouldnt matter, i meant the problems from the zv9 update. If someone really wanted to know, they could google CNA (dont take this the wrong way, not being a dick just saying). give me 2 minutes and a feature list will be in OP

Now I wanna try this!
Wifi is my main problem though, I barely get a good metropcs signal from my house....

Yeah I'm doing my best on it. Though bobzhome suggested something that I haven't been able to try yet.

to get wifi working all you have to do is use the drivers that you got the boot.img from.

Btw, the fix was replacing wpa_supplicant in system/some place I can't think of right now. I'll update the op sometime with the newest updates and an explanation on why I won't be updating for a while.
